Access to Brazilian real estate market data from multiple official sources: the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB), ABRAINC, ABECIP, FGV/IBRE, and the Bank for International Settlements (BIS). All datasets are returned in a tidy format via a single get_dataset() interface.
trendseries
Extract trends, cycles, and seasonal components from monthly and quarterly economic time series. Provides augment_trends(), decompose_series(), deseason_series(), and detrend_series() for pipe-friendly tibble workflows, plus extract_trends() for ts/xts/zoo objects. Includes 20 methods spanning econometric filters (HP, Hamilton, Baxter-King, Christiano-Fitzgerald, UCM), smoothing (STL, loess, splines), and moving averages, with frequency-aware defaults.

Passenger demand data for the São Paulo metro system covering 2012–2026. Datasets include monthly line totals, average weekday station entries, daily station counts, and spatial geometries for metro and commuter train lines and stations.

Programmatic access to open traffic-crash data from INFOSIGA-SP, the São Paulo State traffic accident system maintained by DETRAN-SP. Downloads and imports tidy data frames of crash events (sinistros), victims (pessoas), and vehicles (veiculos) from 2015 onward, handling source encoding, decimal marks, date formats, and on-disk caching.
